add support for custom/friendly matches that use a custom mappool instead of the tournament one

implemented: /friendly command — shows a modal for player names, best-of, round name, and a list of SpinShare URLs. parses URLs into songIds, pre-fetches chart data, then runs the normal check-in + ban phase flow. closed in commit 1920b96.
