add a command that generates and sends a text file of the current mappool pulled from the database

alpine.girlfag.club (author)

added /mappool command (referee-only, ephemeral). fetches the generated pools from db, looks up chart info (title, charter, difficulty) for each songId, and sends a formatted .txt file attachment. includes bracket/round/match structure. 14 new tests in test-format-mappool.js.
