wrong player clicking roll/ready buttons causes silent interaction failure #25

when a player clicks the other player's roll button (e.g. player A clicks the roll_p2 button), the interaction is collected but no ephemeral reply is sent, so discord shows 'This interaction failed' with no explanation. should reply ephemerally telling them that's not their button.

fixed in commits 5f35965 and 7d1987e — non-player button clicks now reply ephemerally with an explanation instead of silently failing
