Some minors improvement #2

nix-config / home / default.nix :

• 11 : if you don't use the home-manager command it's useless, so you can probably remove it since you use the nixos module for home-manager

nix-config / hosts / Natsuki / default.nix :

• 42 : can be removed it you use the nixos-hardware configuration
• 43 : probably useless 🤷 the media-driver should handle it

flake.nix :

• 30 : you inherit the hostname but never use it
• 39 : same here
