fix: Safari performance issues #6

WebKit has performance issues that other engines (Blink, Gecko) do not have, currently noted are:

  • virtual scroller takes a sec to load new rows
  • some lag when opening library with lots of artists
  • lag when moving rows with Alt+Arrow, or when completing a drag

cant say i've experienced this slowdown on safari on desktop! is this on mobile only perhaps?

i'm testing on Safari macos. i really wonder if this is something specific with my Safari installation, as when i was experimenting with Tauri i did not have any of those performance issues
