i've been considering adding multi-provider support (jellyfin, spotify premium) to tinysub:

  • the library pane could just have multiple tabs such as subsonic library (which currently exists), jellyfin library, spotify library/search
  • then instead of having an auth screen when you open the app, it guides you to settings to add any provider
  • if multiple providers are enabled, the queue could have a column with an icon that shows which provider each row is from

update: will probably just do subsonic and jellyfin, not spotify.

took a crack at this and tbh i feel like it just adds way too much unnecessary noise and complexity. i'll be scrapping this for now
