bug?: cannot reply to posts when logged-in via OAuth2 to a Tranquil PDS #108

Attempting to reply to a post (but not making a new standalone post) when logged in to a Tranquil PDS using OAuth2 fails with the following error:

Insufficient scope to call com.atproto.repo.getRecord on did:web:api.bsky.app
