Hello, I really like the site and love the mission. I wanted to express a concern that the logo resembles the Threads logo and I hope we could adopt a design that is markedly distinct.

I appreciate this feedback - however I believe the only resemblance is the fact that both logos are based on the @ symbol - a fundamentally ubiquitous symbol that meta has no exclusive rights to. The cloud @ design I made is intentionally referencing this and thus to meaningfully differentiate from threads in the way you propose would be to abandon this reference. If the community wishes to head in this direction I would gladly adopt alternative ‘non-@‘ designs. Please propose alternatives! Otherwise the feedback for this icon has been largely very positive. Thank you for the feedback!
