slightly improved favicon fetching (actually goes for favicon.ico files again after the set favicon fetcher fails. also shows the filler db icon until something else becomes available)

+ make handle links clickable in profile hover cards
+ put DOH_ENDPOINT in constants
+ void dialog submissions in RuneSettings
+ fix type errors (+ ignore config)

works with any #bsky_appview, or standalone! meow

i dont really use other app views but this seemed to work when using blacksky?

probably should get an icon (especially on mobile where it overflows) - in that case, a tooltip would be good!
