Ship some predefined global themes users can toggle (stored in cookie):

  • Lichen (default) white
  • Lichen dark
  • High contrast
  • Accessibility? (need to do some research on colors)

Theme switcher in the nav bar (light/dark) maybe or user settings (definitely).
