I found an edge case issue. Envision requires Steam Linux Runtime 3.0 (sniper), but mine was on an external drive. Envision failed to launch until I put it on my main drive.

I'm not sure if this only occurs on Atomic distros. If it occurs on all distros, an issue should be opened on Envision's bug tracker.
