Two commits:\n\n1. Writing pass — fix inconsistencies, add intros, clean boilerplate across all doc files\n2. Architecture fixes — corrected firehose description (watches relay not jetstream), fixed gzip handling (keeps gzipped, serves with content-encoding), removed outdated firehose worker feature from hosting-service readme, added cli table of contents\n\nDocs site rebuilt and deployed.
