we should be able to turn off the query xrpc. this way we wouldnt have to care about the records keyspace. there are usecases where it doesnt matter, so improving efficiency for those use cases would be nice

this is kinda ephemeral mode? so idk if this is relevant now

will close this for now since i dont think its necessary, disabling the records query wouldnt be of much use, other than to save some space?
