Use tangled pages #3

Right now I'm locally building the doc site, zipping it up, and uploading to Cloudflare. This 1) sucks and 2) bottlenecks things on me getting around to changing the site. Once we this lands, we should consider a flow where we build the site on another bookmark (let's call it site or whatever) and then have Tangled use the public directory to deploy a page. After that, I would just need to repoint the DNS.
