Missing Settings tab on ALL repos #148

I am unable to edit any repo settings. Not sure when this happened, but it seemed to work last weekend (March 28) for at least newly created repos. But now none of my repos are showing settings and I can't edit spindle secrets etc. If I try visiting the settings page directly via https://tangled.org/evan.jarrett.net/at-container-registry/settings?tab=pipelines I get a "Forbidden" error
