currently I (@mmatt.net) don't have any permissions over @teal.fm. I have to sign into @teal.fm's account to create any repos or push to any repos (by adding myself as a collaborator every time).
It could be cool to designate certain accounts as "teams" or organizations that then could have members added to them.
