Ansi escape codes not interprited in pipeline outputs #166

While not a major issue, ANSI colour codes aren't properly rendered in the console output for pipelines.
For example, from the blog.tangled.sh pipelines:

Not entirely sure if what I'm experiencing is the same, but I get similar results in my pipelines with a pnpm build and wisp.place deployment.
