Select the types of activity you want to include in your feed.

Add CI env var to Spindle #220

From me looking around it seems that some apps use CI env var set to true to detect if its running in a CI environment. Also both GitHub and GitLab have this var set by default.

It would probably be good to add it to Spindle.
