sparse filtering does not work with a tangled repo #32

In order to be able to efficiently clone portions of a repo, sparse filtering needs to be supported.

Unfortunately, when one attempts to use a sparse filter, tangled responds with an error and the whole repository is cloned.

should be fixed on knot1 now! (the next release will enable this by default on the nix module as well).
