When submitting a PR the help text says Title and description are optional; if left out, they will be extracted from the first commit.
In this PR https://tangled.org/@tangled.org/core/pulls/626 I wanted to use the commit message as the title but provide my own description, so I left the title empty and filed in a description.
When creating the PR, the description was not saved, resulting in an empty PR description.
