feature idea: badges #400

like github has (they call it achievements tho)! i am very biased cuz i like collecting stuff but still would be really cool ideas for badges if it is implemented (mainly stealing from github's badges): pull shark: merge a pull request super-star: get 100 stars quickdraw: solve an issue within 5 minutes
