incorrect ordering on tags page #403

On https://tangled.org/@zio.sh/atfile/tags, the tags seem to now be in the incorrect order: v/0.x/0.9 is at the top, despite v/0.x/0.10 and v/0.x/0.11 existing. It seems to be ordering them by standard decimal places (0.11 is lower than 0.9), but this is nonsensical for versioning. Regardless, shouldn't the tags be in order of the date they were pushed?
