My username is rendered two times, in a weird overlapping way. I've only seen this with my name, not any other. It is rendered normal in the repo overview and the account page. every other place i have seen looks like this: top right drop down, in issues i've opened, on commits. I use Firefox version 141. I haven't seen this with another browser yet, so maybe it is a firefox issue. But I've also haven't seen it on another website, so...
