for example: microcosm-rs has multiple rust crates in a workspace which each have their own readmes, but they don't render when browsing the parent folder in the same way that a readme.md file gets rendered in the repo root.

this was added, but has since been reverted. the approach previous made a ton of requests to knots. the right way to do this is to check if there exists a readme candidate in the file tree response. i will revise this.
