When trying to login or submit issue forms with JS disabled, it sends a GET request with form fields as query parameters, which lands me on the same page without performing the desired action.
If for various reasons JS is indeed required, perhaps it'd be useful to display a message saying "JavaScript required" which would better than broken behavior.
