I just noticed that the final title and description of a PR I opened lacks additional info that I added in the description. Instead, it seems that info from the commit is preferred.
Expectation: If a title or description are provided, they are used.
I tested this again by adding a modified title and description in a PR to my fork: https://tangled.org/paeth.xyz/tangled-core/pulls/1
