If you get any kind of flaky behaviour in a run (including one caused by Tangled itself), you have to push new refs to trigger a new run. This feels like returning to the stone age compared with clicking a retry button in other forges, tbh.

This depends on "spindle emitting pipeline trigger event" change introduced in PR#987. Currently, if we want to rerun a pipeline, we should either a) override the last run or b) redo entire flow again from knot.
