Improved changed handle UI flow #525

I originally created my handle through tangled. Later I added my domain. After going through all the steps, you hit "verify & save". This will verify the domain is setup and then change your handle. A little toast pops up that lets you know it worked. However, the UI doesn't actually update until you refresh the screen. Instead, on success, the pop-up should close, the toast for success should still send, and your handle's value should be updated. Right now only the toast happens, the pop-up remains, and the profile page still shows the old handle until you refresh the page.
