we have handle inputs in several locations:
- when adding users to a knot
- when adding collaborators to a repo
- when adding a DID-formatted label value
it would be nice to have handle type-ahead with a profile picture to speed things up.

we also need generic handle input validators that can be shared across all these inputs. we should also permit DIDs in handle inputs.
