so in the latest push tranquil frontend has a has missmatch. i assume this would likely keep happening. maybe we should setup some CI to mitigate this?

I'm currently unable to build tranquil on aarch64 due to a pnpm error in tranquil-frontend (ERR_PNPM_NO_OFFLINE_TARBALL). Is this related?
