Changing handle from Tranquil's web UI appears to make the handle invalid on Bluesky.

My test account (Bluesky, Witchsky, PDSls) now shows @handle.invalid on Bluesky, but not elsewhere.

Setting the handle again from Bluesky itself seems to fix the issue.
