create settings menu to configure constellation / bsky CDN / slingshot instances
very much out of scope but kinda relevant to the settings screen:
- support for (and configuring) bsky api instances, skylite instances, indiefeed resolving, etc etc
an independent Bluesky client using Constellation, PDS Queries, and other services
