papers: deploy new Sucking on the Complex PDFs (EN + cards + da/es/zh)

Manual publish of PDFs built by oven for commit 29cd9a411 (the engine-not-
adversary restructure). EN/cards/da/es/zh regenerated. The -ja version
remains stale pending translation update; complex-ja.tex still contains
the pre-reframe argument.

Ran into oven's auto-push pipeline issue: xelatex build leaves modified
.log/.toc files in papers/arxiv-*/ which block the post-build
`git pull --rebase origin main` step, so oven never pushes. Worked around
by scp-ing the built PDFs off the oven and committing from the worktree.
The underlying fix (stash build artifacts before rebase, or gitignore
them) belongs in oven/papers-builder.mjs and is a separate task.
