system/public/menuband: bump DMG cache-bust to ?v=8fbda61

Matches the latest deployed Menu-Band-0.1.dmg (md5 8fbda61a…) so
Cloudflare-fronted Spaces serves the popover-stays-open + visualizer
build instead of the previous one.
