lacma-2026: flip hardware/video order + prominent submitted banner
Landing page (now an archived, submitted-state record):
- Swap demo-pair order — AC Blank laptop photo now on the left, grant
video on the right. Grid-template-columns flipped from 5fr/3fr to
3fr/5fr so the video still reads as the featured media.
- Add a full-width pink submitted banner above the masthead stating
"✓ APPLICATION SUBMITTED · to Submittable on Wed 22 Apr 2026 ..." so
visitors see the status immediately.
