Persistent store with Git semantics: lazy reads, delayed writes, content-addressing
drop unused opam deps in irmin/jwt/oci, wire ccsds meta-package libs
Remove opam dependencies that are not referenced from any dune stanza or
source file in irmin, nox-jwt, and oci. For the ccsds meta-package, list
the aggregated libraries in the dune library stanza so the linker (and
the linter) can see the dependency graph.
