Configure Feed

Select the types of activity you want to include in your feed.

Add gen_corpus.exe dep to fuzz build rules (E724)

Ensure all 67 fuzz/dune files include gen_corpus.exe in the (alias fuzz)
rule deps for AFL corpus generation. Adds both missing runtest and fuzz
rules to ocaml-cose which had neither.
