doc: Add various changelogs

@mateosss MRs didn't have changelogs before. This adds changelog fragments for:
!1005, !1016, !1017, !1060, !1067, !1152, !1172, !1291, !889, !941, !957,
!1035, !1264, !1291, !714, !880, !907, and !1290.
