Configure Feed

Select the types of activity you want to include in your feed.

Enable relay crawl announcement to bsky.network

Adds ROOKERY_RELAY_HOSTS so the worker announces pds.solpbc.org to the
Bluesky relay on cold start via com.atproto.sync.requestCrawl.
