Remove dead stream.updated fixture marker

Delete the tracked-but-unused stream.updated health marker from the
20250101 fixture. This was the only safely deletable tracked file from
a larger planned cleanup — the bulk health logs (~12,500 files) are
already gitignored, and the tokens/ directory is still referenced by
usage-cost and token-log tests via directory scanning.
