  • SoundHack: Texture experimentation
  • Valhalla: Preferred Reverbs

Other Applications#

• Affinity Designer: Good at drawing things. Don't have to pay Adobe my butt.
• Affinity Photo: ^ this.
• Anki: Useful for learning languages
• Final Cut Pro: Does video stuff
• Fireface Drivers: Best audio interaces
• Homebrew: Sometimes useful for installing some things (db's and things). Don't use this for Node.js
• Melodyne: Fix tuning stuff
• Notion: I take a lot of notes with Notion.
• Open Broadcaster Software: For live-streaming, video recording
• Postman: Useful for simulating post requests
• Soundflower: Route sound everywhere (useful with OBS). Jack for Linux.
• Spotify: open the links people send me
• Transmit: Easy way to navigate external filesystems. Cyber Duck also doesn't suck.

• Xcode: No longer needed to use git on mac. Still need if making Apple product stuff
