mm/damon/paddr: support addr_unit for DAMOS_LRU_[DE]PRIO

Add support of addr_unit for DAMOS_LRU_PRIO and DAMOS_LRU_DEPRIO action
handling from the DAMOS operation implementation for the physical address
space.
