Configure Feed

Select the types of activity you want to include in your feed.

perf build: Define YYNOMEM as YYNOABORT for bison < 3.81

YYNOMEM was introduced in bison 3.81, so define it as YYABORT for older
versions, which should provide the previous perf behaviour.
