dt-bindings: vendor-prefixes: Add prefix for Shenzhen Bestar Electronic
Add the prefix for Bestar, named in full both on Panelook.com and their
display datasheets as
Shenzhen Bestar Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.
which produces at least DSI displays and maybe more.
