perf/arm_cspmu: nvidia: Rename doc to Tegra241
The documentation in nvidia-pmu.rst contains PMUs specific
to NVIDIA Tegra241 SoC. Rename the file for this specific
SoC to have better distinction with other NVIDIA SoC.
