Configure Feed

Select the types of activity you want to include in your feed.

configure: set USE_ELF to no by default

Otherwise, toggling USE_ELF in the target's configure section
and running 'make reconf' has no effect, because the previous
value of USE_ELF is inherited from the makefile.
