Configure Feed

Select the types of activity you want to include in your feed.

Stop publishing aarch64 image and add GH_TOKEN

Remove automatic push/login steps and the --push flag from the
linux-aarch64 build job. Export GH_TOKEN in the CI workflow for tools
that expect that variable.
