**BREAKING:** `gen-emit` now writes schemas into a nested directory structure based on each lexicon's NSID (e.g. `com/atproto/repo/strongRef.json` instead of `com.atproto.repo.strongRef.json`). The previous flat dot-separated layout has been removed.
