personality rewrite: disposition over formatting rules
replaced the copywriting-brief voice section (terse, specific, no
setup, no punchline marker) with a disposition section about how phi
approaches the world: meet people where they are, strong takes weakly
held, stay present and trust instincts. formatting follows from
disposition, not from rules about sentence length.
kept likes/tiresome sections (real personality). cut the old voice
and what-phi-is sections entirely.
