Select the types of activity you want to include in your feed.

ops: bump memory limit to 3Gi — 2Gi caused OOMKill during startup

steady state is ~1.2 GiB but startup spike (2700 TLS reconnections +
cache refill) exceeds 2 GiB transiently.
